
Louise has been teaching yoga for over 25 years, supporting people of all ages and abilities to move better, feel stronger, and live with greater ease. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and hold a recognised teaching diploma, giving my work a strong foundation in safe, thoughtful, and effective practice.
My passion lies in using yoga as a practical tool for wellbeing. I’m particularly interested in helping people manage and improve physical ailments through tailored yoga practices, focusing on mobility, strength, and long-term joint health. I also work closely with sports people, supporting them to regain flexibility, build functional strength, and protect their joints so they can continue doing what they love.
My teaching style is grounded, supportive, and adaptable. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or simply looking to move with more confidence and freedom, my aim is to help you build a body that feels resilient, balanced, and capable.
