Louise runs two weekly Yoga classes in Hartington Village Hall. These are drop-in classes and you pay as you go, no need to book. Card payments accepted.
These classes are suitable for all abilities. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll find something to benefit you. Each session is taught with a range of options for every pose, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for your body and experience.\
Guidance and adjustments are offered where needed, helping you move safely and confidently while getting the most from each posture. The classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and supporting better breathing and relaxation.
If you’re active – a runner, walker, or regular exerciser, you’ll find the stretching particularly beneficial. If you want to feel stronger, the strengthening elements can help improve the condition of your joints and muscles. Many participants also find these classes helpful for managing neck, back, knee, and joint discomfort, as well as reducing headaches and general aches and pains.
