Workshops

Alongside regular classes, workshops are offered throughout the year to allow time for deeper exploration and learning. These extended sessions provide the opportunity to slow down, focus on specific areas of the practice, and gain a better understanding of movement, breath, and relaxation.

Workshops are suitable for all abilities and are taught with the same inclusive approach as the weekly classes. Options and modifications are always offered, making them accessible whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice. With more time available, poses and techniques can be explored in greater detail, helping you build confidence, strength, flexibility, and awareness.

These sessions are ideal if you’d like to work more deeply with a particular theme, address areas of stiffness or tension, or simply enjoy a longer, more relaxed practice. Workshops also offer a supportive and welcoming space to reconnect with your body and take time out from everyday life.
